Four Million Copy Guarantee*
Valley Office Systems guarantees continuous equipment performance. In fact, we
guarantee that your equipment will perform as well on the last copy as it did
on the first, for four million copies…or five years, whichever comes first. (Provided
equipment is covered by Valley Office Systems Full Service Maintenance Agreement
and Valley Office Systems supplies are used exclusively. Machine must not exceed
manufacturer’s monthly-recommended volume. Valid from date of purchase and used
with a surge suppressor.)
Uptime Performance Guarantee
Should you place an emergency call for service, we guarantee that a technician
will respond within four hours or less, provided you’re covered by the Valley
Office Systems Full Service Maintenance Agreement and your account is current.
This applies to all calls for service placed during normal business hours: 8:00
a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays. If Valley Office Systems
fails to meet this Service Response Guarantee, your company will receive a 10%
credit toward your next Valley Office Systems equipment or supply purchase. +

Trade Up Guarantee
As long as your equipment is continuously covered by our Full Service Maintenance
Agreement. Valley Office Systems offers affordable upgrades to meet the needs
of your growing business.
96% Uptime Guarantee
When you purchase a Valley Office Systems copier and protect your investment
by contracting for your FULL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, we offer you our promise that
your copier will perform for 96% of the allowable business hours within the year
covered. If at the end of the period our service records show that the average
uptime fell below the 96% guarantee performance, we will deduct 10% off the renewal
price of your contract.
Quality Supply Guarantee
Valley Office Systems guarantees the best quality supplies at considerable savings,
which can save your company the expense of unnecessary “downtime” and costly service
calls. Our unique Supply Coupon Program insures your operating cost against inflation
by freezing the costs of your supplies for up to one year. We will replace any
defective or damaged supplies without question. So you save money on supplies
today…and tomorrow. You also save big on delivery charges.
Service Guarantee
Valley Office Systems puts a lid on escalating service costs, allowing you to
accurately budget your maintenance expenses. We guarantee that the cost of your
service contract (based on the equivalent volume of copies) will not increase
more than 10% per year, for as long as you have the equipment, provided you are
the original purchaser or lessee. Valley Office Systems also guarantees service
for five years after the date of purchase on any current model.
*In the unlikely event of extended downtime in your office, Valley Office Systems
will provide a loaner free of charge. If your equipment cannot be brought back
to factory specifications, we guarantee to replace it with a machine of equal
or greater capability. (This guarantee does not apply in cases of accidental damage
or abuse.) This loaner program applies to equipment which is currently under Valley
Office Systems Full Service Maintenance Agreement
