A native of Rupert, Idaho, Howard brings over 25 years of industry experience, with over 10 of those years as the owner of Valley Office Systems. His wealth of knowledge and expertise ensures that we provide the programs and solutions to meet the increasing demands for your business to have quality connected services. His commitment to customer service and strong business relationships is evident in whatever capacity you find yourself interacting with Valley Office Systems. Howard and his wife Colleen are proud parents of three sons and a daughter and are involved in many philanthropic endeavors throughout our Idaho, Utah and Wyoming service district.

Jim has over 18 years in the copier and banking industries. As Regional Manager over Southeast Idaho and Western Wyoming Jim’s focus is taking care of the customers who have entrusted Valley Office Systems to make sure that their businesses run at optimum efficiencies and have the best solutions available in the marketplace. Valley’s team of experienced/knowledgeable/professional staff is second to none and the management staff’s primary goal is to keep the lines of communication and training always flowing.

Utah Vice President of Sales

Nathan has over 19 years of experience in the copier industry on the Wasatch Front. He started as a territory sales representative, and since has held positions from Production Specialist, Major Account Manager to Sales Manager, giving him the knowledge to assist clients regardless of the size and type of business. Nathan took over responsibility for the Utah market place in April of 2017 and has shown substantial growth in that market by taking a customer first approach.

Andy comes to the Boise branch of Valley Office Systems with over 30 years of leadership and major account experience in the office technology field. Andy has worked for Konica Minolta, Canon and Ricoh direct organizations in major metropolitan markets in Seattle, Washington DC, and Miami. He specializes in leadership, sales, representative development, major account management, and branch operations. Andy has been recognized nationally for his contributions in major account management while achieving multiple Presidents Club awards in leadership and operations over the same period.

As operations manager, Dee is here to help answer questions regarding invoices, financing, payments, etc. She has over 30 years of experience, specifically in the office equipment industry. She is empowered to make decisions necessary to fix any problem immediately.

Sales Manager

Ab brings 25 years of industry experience to the Boise branch of Valley Office Systems, specializing in document management hardware/software sales and management. He began his career working for independent dealers such as Associated Business Products, Yost Office Systems, and IKON Office Solutions, and he more recently worked directly for the manufacturers at Oce North America and Canon Solutions America. Ab also helped develop a document management suite of products called KlickFile, and was responsible for setting up and supporting a nationwide network of 38 dealers. Ab and his wife of 25 years recently relocated to Boise from Salt Lake City and are quickly falling in love with the community.
